I was having brake issues with my Jeep Wrangler, brought it in and Sean was the Service Advisor that I met. He was very helpful, and informed me of what was wrong. When parts needed to be ordered, he obtained a rental so I could get to work. He is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I will be asking to have him as my Service Advisor every time from now on!!

I ordered a Jeep Wrangler from the factory and they kept me informed every step of the way. Mark and Tom were amazing. No hasseling, Tom walked me through the Jeep when it came in, even taught me how to remove the soft top. He was very patient with me. Would definitely recommend B-H in Cocoa and I give Tom a 10/10 for customer service! I love my new Jeep! ❤

They always take care of my Jeep needs here. I am taken care of promptly and in a timely manner even without an appointment. They are reasonably priced and usually have deals for routines services. I am typically in and out in less than an hour.

She stayed with us they the end. — making sure we understood everything about our new car. She was certainly stars above the last salesperson we had at this dealership. I’ve got 800+ hp to the wheels in my Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk & I’ve been taking it to Boniface since 2018. The staff at Boniface exercises professional Customer Service. They are friendly, personable, Consistently Reliable, Detail Oriented, & they take great pride in their work. I feel very confident bringing them my pride & joy. They go over the invoice line by line explaining what service is crucial & needed & what service is recommended. They even provide other options other than themselves if someone wanted to save some money with aftermarket parts and alternative services. I’ve tried their competitors & I keep coming back to Boniface. Their competitors might beat their price but, you get what you pay for. They can’t compete with Boniface in quality, reliability, customer service or workmanship. There’s a business saying that Boniface is proving everyday. That, “if you retain your customer for life, you will statistically make 5x more than all of your competitors.” Keep up the good work Boniface & I’ll keep coming back.
